This is a mir ijust had done on my lumbar im incontinent but than again theres times it takes me anywhere from 30 mins to 4/5 hrs to pe
Lumbar vertebra are normally aligned. No suspicious soft tissue or bone marrow edema is seen. Conus is unremarkable. The T11-12 through the L3-4 intervertebral disc are all normal. Foramina are patent. Facet joints are intact. At L4-5 however there
is a broad-based central disc herniation. This abuts the L5 nerve roots with mild bilateral nerve root compression. This is unchanged. At L5-S1 there is also a central disc herniation likely in extrusion. This is unchanged. This abuts the S1 nerve
roots with minimal if any nerve root compression. All foramina appear patent. No significant facet joint degeneration is seen.IMPRESSION:
1. Broad-based central protrusion L4-5 not significantly changed. Slight L5 nerve root compression in the lateral recesses is suspected.
2. Shallow central extrusion L5-S1 abutting but not compressing the S1 nerve roots.
