got a new book. I've learned I was over-training. So I did a long cardio day today, which is part of the interval training program. 60 minutes at 130 bpm heart rate = 460 calories. Then did a few strength training exercises, biceps, triceps, bench presses. Actually VERY hungry & VERY wiped out.
