I did one load of laundry at my parents house and then came home to start my detailed cleaning of my apartment so I can come home to a clean apartment after surgery.
I felt 2 "clicks" in my lower back... Didn't hear them and they didn't hurt, but felt weird. Not sure if I've had these "clicks" before. Since my lower back felt fine, I continued cleaning.
Now it's 11:00pm and my whole body feels sore and heavy. I can feel myself getting tired. Maybe I should just call it a night and head to bed. Gosh, I feel so old.
