Anxiety I guess

Well I went trough so many different tests and they cant find out why I am in this pain.
now what ? is this anxiety ? can it be ? these sharp burning pains in my upper chest
and up both sides of my neck and then the dizzyiness. how can this be all in my head
and how can I get it to stop? I am really scared I am about to loose my job because I have missed
so much work and my husband is really sick of this. I have tried everything for my anxiety in the past
you name it I have tried it. nothing works I am at a losssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Honey, Has you doctor given you a stress test? You need a chemical stress test as well as a physical stress test. Then depending on what they find there, you'll need a angio-gram. It takes a picture of the arterys, in my case in my heart, And BINGO they found what they couldn find for three months of telling me I had gerd! Just like You!!! Anxiety DOES NOT HURT-anxiety feels like FEAR & sweats and shaking but not real PAIN. Has your doctor given you things specific tests?

Aheart, I am in no way challenging your reply and or advice. I would just like to point out that anxiety when built up enough can lead to a panic attack in which a person can feel chest pain.
Honestly, I am not here to tell anyone they are wrong or claim I know more. I think you gave great advice and you could be and most likely are helping this person out extremely well.

I just know from personally having terrible panic attacks that physical symptoms including chest pain can happen.
