Now 14 lbs down from my starting weight 5 weeks ago, (234 from 248), I'm bringing back a little exercise to make the best of the energy that is starting to come back to me. Some Piliates, here, a little aerobics there, just whenever. I'm not going to force myself into a schedule of exercise, because as soon as I do that I'll never "get around to it". I know myself better than that by now. Still fighting the urge to tamper with my eating, especially after I went a week without losing anything even though nothing else had changed. Being female, there may or may not have been a legitimate reason for that "plateau week" so I'm not going to spazz out about it too much. Weight has resumed it's downward progress this week, so it's all good. Nobody has really noticed a physical change yet (which happens once one reaches a certain weight, apparently) though my fella Bob has been mentioning that I look "good" more often these days. Purr purr purr :)
