Didn't sleep very well last night. Went to bed about 2330, which is much later than I usually go to bed, than kept waking every 30 minutes or so. At 0500, I finally decided to get up. I dismissed my stretching and exercises, but took a long shower, got dressed and had breakfast.
Afterwhich, I checked my email(I have about 5 accounts) and responded to messages from people in the community. I then checked the posts in the various forums to which I'm subsribed and made comments and/or suggestions, as appropriate.
That kept me busy until it was time to go to see my therapist, but before seeing her I went to the bank, picked up something to drink for my appointment and dropped off and picked up my dry cleaning.
My session went well with the time just flying by. We discussed my isolation mode and what might have triggered it, although we didn't come to any viable conclusions.
After my session, I did some grocery shopping and went home and checked the forums again and answered those questions where I thought I had some input to offer.
I watched television for awhile, but dozed off for about 30 minutes.
The rest of the day was watching television, responding to messages from various people and made suggestions, guidance and support in some of the postings, as appropriate.
It's now about 2000 hours and I plan on going to bed early tonight, so that I might catch up on some sleep that I lost last night. Tomorrow, I have a manicure, a facial and a massage schedule for 1000 hours, so I'll need to be up by 0800 hours in order to get ready.
I'm looking forward to a nice relaxing morning filled with peace and tranquility.
