Dr Park,  I have a real dilemma.  I get a "stuffed-up" nose quite often.  I have resorted to those breathe right strips with some success but the adhesive on them night after night is beginning to stretch and irritate the skin on and around my nose.  My real problem is I cannot breathe through my mouth while sleeping because I have...maybe its called tongue-thrusting or something where I hold my tongue up against the back of my front teeth subconsciously therefore obstructing my airway, forcing me to try to breathe only through my nose, which drastically cuts down on the amt of oxygen I am able to take in.  Is this common?  I have done this my whole life.  And what is it really called?   Thank you for any help you can offer me.
