Second day of workout! Played basketball for a few with my sisters (rusty!), went to the gym, and then did about 7 to 10 laps in the pool. >_> Definitely think I push myself way to much today but I feel great. Going to take things slow tomorrow. Hopefully I can manage to drag myself out of bed a little bit early tomorrow morning and go for a walk followed by a light jog =).
My goal.... To get back looking like I did in the picture. Got a lot of toning to do!
