Breakfast
1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 yogurt, small bar, 1 donut
50 ounces of water after exercise

Snacks
1 apple, 1 small bag of ships
20 ounces of water plus 1 cup of  coffee

Lunch
1/2 cup of rice, salad
20 ounces of ice tea

Dinner
1 mango, 1 scoop of protein, 1 banana
