Today is the day...

Exercising 4 times a week at the gym. Just started 4 weeks ago. Cardio at the moment although need to do some weights. Need to tighten things up!
Half heartedly cutting back on fats although eat healthy most of the time. Take outs at the weekend kill me!
Salads, fish, chicken, berries ect. Still have a sweet tooth after supper, will walk the dogs more to combat this rather than leaving it up to my husband. (didnt get in til 10:30 last night!)
Would appreciate a little virtual support!
