Its been five years now with Gastroparesis.  Still have the same issues. Nausea, vomiting daily, diahrrea, acid reflux. I have a different doctor than at first.  At least he is much nicer than my first GI doctor. I am on a J tube and G tube for more than two years now, and the stomach stimulator for more than four years.   It has helped but still vomit daily.
I have had numerous procedures and surgeries since this all started.  Lots of blood tests too.
I have a few more diagnosis to add.  Chronic Gastrites, Gerd, Hiatel hernia,   a benign tumor by the GE Juncion its too small to do anything right now. Its 1.1 cm in size.  I am also a CHD baby. Was born with Tetrology of Fallot. I had it corrected as a child.  I am doing ok on that end.  Another reason they dont want to touch me they are afraid of infection.
I am discouraged with a lot of things. I wish I had someone to really talk to about my problem who would understand me.   My doctor won’t put me in the hospital no matter how bad I am vomitting mainly because I am an adult.  I find this unfair.  When the vomiting is bad. I have a hard time with myself.  It is worse because I am alone and no family near by.  My friends help but aren’t enough.  My doctors frustrate me too. One  says I have Gastroparesis, the other says nothing is wrong with me.  If I am vomiting daily what do you think?

I should add medications I am on. Promethazine for nausea, Pantaprozole for acid reflux and Zantax for acid reflux at night. I must have tried dozens of medications until something sort of helped me.
