Probably 9 hours of sleep. Still feel very tired. Headache. Muscle tension in my shoulders, neck, chest. Possibly because I had tea around 3pm yesterday which affected my sleep. Hard to think well. Eyes hurt. Melatonin is not shutting off? Meds eventually solve the muscle tension as the day goes on. Dawn light should be shutting off the melatonin.
