first day




Weight Loss



Today was the first day of my new exercise routine. I just bought an eliptical in order for me to ensure I can get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. As I grow stronger with my 30 minute cardio routine in the morning, I will add sit ups, push ups, tricep dips, and so on. I am currently taking courses to be an EMT which takes up all of my Mondays and Wednesdays, and I can no longer use this as an excuse with the eliptical at the apartment.  It is important to me to be in great shape before I become a Personal Tainer. People don't want to be told what to do by someone who could use some more exercise as well. In addition, I just feel over all better when I work out and happier. I have wanted to get back down to 155, 13 lbs to lose. This would put be back in a  healthy BMI range as well increase my confidence. I think that it would benefit me along with my future clients for me to journal my experience as well.

So far today, 27 minutes on the eliptical at 6:30AM followed by 10 minutes of stretching
Tomorrow will be 30 minutes on the eliptial 6:15 (shoulda woke up earlier today) as well as a basketball game at night that will last for about 1 hr.
