Still trying, 14 failed ivfs up my sleeve now, even with all my donor eggs it still didnt work, now being told it must be a implantation failure. Not sure what im going to do now .. It all seems a waste of time. Its been a long hard 9 years just to want that one little thing, It seems so un fair that girls can fall so easy and i think to myself how did you do it... its so hard for me...

Hi hun, I was just looking at your profile and I am 35 and childless too. I have had several pregnancy losses and believe that I have implantation issues as well. I was doing some research on the net the other day and discovered a treatment called intralipid infusion which is to basically stop the mother's immune system from rejecting the growing embryo. They say a lot of implantation failure happens because of this reason and the treatment can really help especially with IVF. Unfortunately it isn't available in New Zealand so I can't have it but it might be available in Oz. Thinking of you xxx

Thanks i shall let my doctor know that one, It just seems strange that not one of them has even tried to implant , even a miss carriage nothing at all. My doctors scratch there heads when they see me, they dont know how much more they can do, im so unexplained. Have you ever considered donor eggs, sounds to me like your embroys are not making it to far, my eggs were terribly poor quality thats why i recieved donor eggs , but then the shocking reality hit me hard when that didnt work iether, everyone at my clinic was convince it would thats what made it harder. Wish you loads of luck. Think about donor , its still a baby , and it would cut out alot of wasted time.

Im sorry your still going through this..you are very strong and brave to be able to continue, but I can understand that after all the heartache how you can..after so many losses myself i just have to keep going, I cant give up on what my heart desires the most.
Have you been tested for clotting issues and such?
I really hope they can come up with a new protocol for you !

I haven't really thought about donor eggs yet as I want to exhaust every avenue with my own eggs first. I have had my FSH tested and it came out pretty good - I think they said that was a good indicator for egg quality so who knows. I actually think it might be my environment that is inhospitible rather than my eggs and I'm having acupuncture to try and make it better in there. It's supposed to get the blood flowing around the uterus and balance out hormones etc. Now I just have to get pregnant again to see if it's worked. Unfortunately the clinc I'm with (Recurrent Loss Clinic) will not let me have IVF because I can get pregnant on my own - over here in NZ women get 2 free goes at IVF if they are having fertility issues.

Since you didn't succeed with donor eggs maybe it's not your eggs after all - maybe it's your environment. Have you thought about surrogacy with your own eggs??

I read your journal, and I feel your pain. Infertility is so unfair, and your right, it always seems to happen to those of us that would be great parents. I just wanted to give you a bit of hope. After almost 4 years and 5 miscarriages, I finally had a baby at the age of 41. He is perfect and the centre of my world. Stay strong and don't give up hope. I am so glad I didnt' give up. If it can happen for me, it can happen for you too! I just want to reach through the screen and hug you.
