I went off diet for 2 days. It all started when I hadn't planned and made my days meals. I was unorganized, and when I got hungry, instead of starting to cook my dinner, I did what I had always done (it honestly is a habit), I ordered in. There are pretty much NO truly healthy choices when it comes to fast food, so I was screwed the moment it came to the door. As well yesterday we had run out of quite a few things I needed for my diet, but I didn't bother going out to get them, and I didn't workout. Today I have a test and couldn't wake up early so I'll probably take Max swimming tonight for some exercise. Also no carbs besides vegetables today. I ate enough yesterday for 3 days.
