The only difference between Dreams and Goals are that Goals have deadlines


I just wanted to get it posted before I get to far and forget where I came from.

Jan 1st, 2011 - Quit Smoking 1 pk a day.  (Doing Great on this one!)

As we run from pain and run to pleasure:

Jan 14th: is the day that being fat become more painful than the pain to diet and workout.
249.5 on Jan 14th
Goal is to lose 35 lbs in 90 days and reach 214.5lbs. By April 14th.

Looks like I'll kick this goals butt by making this goal in 7 weeks rather than 13 weeks.

Once I reach that goal,  My next goal will be only 15 pounds. This will take me from 214.5lbs to 199.5 lbs and drop me into the 100's for the first time in 17 years.

Once I reach 199.5lbs, my Next Goal will be 15lbs with will take me to 184.5lbs which is the weight that I was when I got back from the army 19 years ago and I was in the best physical shape of my life running the 2 miles army fitness test in 12min and 6 seconds knocking 7 minutes off my pre Army boot-camp fitness test.

Joined Fit Body Boot Camp Kent in Jan 17th

Will start P90X on March 14th.
