Woke at 5.00AM firstly ached terrible , my Neck was very sore and stiff too, went to the toilet but didn't pass much water, had a little drink and took my medication that was due at 4.00AM , back to bed and try to go back to sleep. Tossed and turned slept a little dreamed a lot of rubbish could not get comfortable , eventually got up at 10.00AM.
