i know you dont no me. but if you dont care can you explain to me what your doctor said. the reason im asking is because my body is doing the same thing. everyday for along time i been taking 1 to 2 nap a day. it not that i feel tired i just get very dizzy, achy, and i cant keep my eyes open no matter what i try. but my body is so weak i have to lay down or i start get achy more. if you dont mind could you give me your secret about trying to fix your body sleep habit. it drive me so crazy sometimes that i dont know what to do.
