Once I stopped taking seroquel, it was quite easy to lose weight. I felt like doing more. I did start walking more, but haven't done much of that lately. I started out with a treadmill but now it's gathering dust, lol. I like to walk outdoors but since I was attacked, I don't really walk alone much.
Now I want to work on muscle tone. I'm at a break though since I recently had surgery. I do what I can.
I can't believe my weight was up to 179 a couple years ago.
