Waist: 39 in --------- 37 in (loss 2 inches)
Hips: 44 in ---------- 42.5 in (loss 1.5 inch)
Calf: 15.5 in -------- 14 in (loss 1.5 inches)
Thigh: 22 in --------- 21 in (loss 1.0 inch)
Arm: 13 in ----------- 12.0 in (lost 1.0 inches)
Neck: 14 in ---------- 13.0 in (lost 1.0 inches)
i am 5 foot 6.5 in, and i am 24 years old. Well I am at the end of the first day. It went well. I did not feel hungry all day, well with the amount of protein I had today it could last me awhile. LOL!!!
Ha ha.....wait til your day 2.... fruit day. I suggest saving your sandwich until later in the day. If you like tomato soup, that is something that was suggested to me and not only got me through but I lost pretty good.
That is what i planned on doing, i work nights so i am going to take it to work with me, i plan on eating about 4 am, then again at 8 am when i get home, and when i get up at 630 pm then finally eat the sandwich at about 1030 -11 pm in the evening.
