I usually have this amazing wave of fatigue around 2 pm, and my movement slows waaaayyy down, and my thinking gets really foggy- I'm a mess, and I have no choice but to rest. I perk up again around 5 pm.
Now it happens between 9-11 in the morning, too :( As DH said, "that doesn't leave much of the day, now, does it".
I've tried Nuvigil. Yeah, it keeps me awake, but I'm still fatigued, and my brain is still foggy. I'm still doing Acetyl L-Carnitine. It's supposed to give me more energy. I keep hoping it will.
At least I'm going back on Tysabri on Tuesday, after a 6 month "holiday".
So I just keep on keepin' on. What else can I do?
