day off

so today is my day off from working out. All I did was my shift at work and took my son to the park. However, I just feel like working out lol I dont wanna break so I did some crunches I think I am gonna do some dancing with my baby boy gotta move my body. I am so used to it now. lol

even though I said I wasn't gonna do nada I worked out anyway I did Denise Austin I feel goood now. I feel weird w/o doing no physical activities.

that's good! the secret is making it a habit -- and once it becomes a habit you start to crave the endorphins (feel good hormones) that are released when you exercise, and you find you need it! good for you!!! :)
