Well, I checked with my Doc, and she said, because I've done Zumba and swimming for a long time, it's ok for me to carry on whilst pregnant (wouldn't have thought that Zumba, being high impact with a lot of twisting would've been a good idea, but Doc says otherwise).
So, today I went swimming - Managed 50 laps - about 0.78 of a mile, and I am totally and utterly shattered! This is ridiculous, I have no energy, and I am starting to get very frustrated! I have so much to do, but this tiredness is overwhelming.
I'll be glad when I get past this stage, so I get my life back, lol! :o)
