small victory

my BMI is finally in the 'normal' range. this is such a good thing. I am proud of myself and have been working towards this since my summer vacation. this small victory will help me stay motivated to continue what I am doing to lose weight and get closer to my goal weight.

Hey I just saw your comment! Sorry! Advice? Make a plan, make sure its realistic and stick to it, dont feel bad if you slip up, just get back up and continue your routine. If you find its not working dont give up, try something a little different. I know this wont work for everyone but when I got stuck I took a break from my diet and ate more but didnt over do it. After that I eased back into it. I am currently not trying to lose weight as I may be pregnant :) but I have maintained my weight. My biggest tip is: Dont Eat Junk! If it isnt GOOD for you dont eat it! Also, lay off the sugars, this means juice but not fresh fruit (dried fruit also has a lot of sugar!), and anything else with added sugar (sorry that means with coffee and tea as well) I feel like I could go on and on ;) I will stop here though, feel free to ask me if you have any other questions.
