Ugh, No symptoms!

Oct 06, 2011 - 6 comments

I know I shouldn't complain, and if I see a viable pregnancy on the ultrasound next week, I will NOT complain....but it does make me nervous that I do not have any definite pregnancy syptoms at 6 weeks.  I was never really sick with my 2 years ago, but would be more comforting to report some of what others feel.  Please, please, please let this be a keeper after 3 miscarriages!!   Out of 18 follicles and 7 fertilized.....only 2 transfered, so we had to have gotten one healthy one....no??????  Will report next Wednesday!  Please keep us in your prayers along with all the other women wanting to love another....or a first!  I continue to pray for all of you lovely ladies!!!!

If it makes you feel any better I have had two missed miscarriages and with both I had strong symptoms by 6 weeks and they kept getting stronger until 8 weeks when empty sacs were discovered and I had the D&C....I'm kind of thinking that a lack of symptoms might actually be a good thing!  I will pray for you.

Thank you Mel!  I appreciate it.  started at [email protected], then 463(4 days later), 1407 (2 days later), and 5122 (5 days later which was preg at 5weeks, 4 days.  She said that was good, and I know numbers are different for everyone and for every pregnancy, but I know it should double every 48 hrs or so from wherever it starts.....which it was doing until the last one which was not really doubling at the same rate as it had been.   Which is what happened with my other 3 miscarriages!  Sooo....she (nurse at RE) is confident and RE doesnt feel the need to keep testing.  Probably a good thing because I can ge obsessed with those darn numbers!   Anyway, it is what it is, and so I am trying to do breathing excercises at night to relax and calm myself.  It is excruciating....but even with good news next week, I will be holding my breathe another few months after that, right!????  Ugh.

And Sadiegirl.....thank you too.  You are right.  Symptoms very so much that I shouldn't worry.  My other two pregnancies I had no strong symptoms at all.  I keep readin of women at 4, 5, 6 weeks with all these things, but I am small breasted and never had sore tender boobswith my other 2 successful pregnancies...and was lucky enough to not get morning sickness either.....so this is the way it was when I was in my 20's....but of course was not worrying about this kind of stuff then.  Had plenty of time to keep trying, right?!  lol.....who knew? So true that you never know really one way or the other...but your prayers are very much appreciated!  I will keep you posted.

I hope that you are both feeling well~

Hello, I saw your post! I am 10 weeks pregnant and the main symptom I have is tiredness - and constipation now. Still no nausea. Bigger boobs now, but I did not notice any change at first. I am 42. Hope it helps!

Thanks, Eco...it is comforting to be reminded of what I already know. Sometimes you can't convince yourself of something when you are paranoid, lol.  I hope that the rest of your pregnancy goes well, and you continue to feel good!

I had even less symptoms at the beginning of my pregnancy in my 1st pregnancy (at 40), symptoms (tiredness and nausea) did not start until I was 8-9 weeks.

Currently 11 weeks in my current pregnancy and still no nausea: I guess I'll never get any, which is OK with me!

Good luck, lack of symptoms can make us go crazy!
