I'm usually on Diet Diary everyday, plugging in my food, water, weight and exercise and I couldn't find this journal site. Just noticed it's under Weight Tracker. I'm doing okay. I noticed I do get on the stationary bike more often. I have been eating more Healthy Choice lunches at work, instead of buying expensive non healthy foods. Cooking more with Olive Oil and baking chicken. I need a new weight scale, cause I believe the digital one I have is inaccurate. Going back to a manual one soon. I feel great. I'm trying to plan my meals out for the week now. So I don't cheat from a lack of food throughout the day at work and at home. Continuing to be positive and staying on track with my nutrition and hydration.
