My legs are so sore. That's what I get for standing for five hours straight at the show last night. I did sit on the stage for a couple of minutes between sets, but come on, but still. That's a lot of limb-ular pressure.
My soreness could also be attributed to a hundred jumping jacks, or twenty lunges, but I stretched!
Has it really been so long since I last worked out that my muscles aren't used to it?
Okay, when I get home, I'm doing some yoga. I think my body needs it.
