I was quite drunk, and I forgot to take melatonin at the right time, but my sleep was fine. I fell asleep downstairs watching TV, but I have no recollection of feeling sleepy or when I slept. I had a bit of a lie in today, but my pattern will back to normal after today, which is also lots of drinking and eating and sleeping late and probably a hangover.
