I hurt myself while working out today. It's not too bad, and I'm not sure if it's a dull cramp, or if I tore something, or if something popped out of place. I just know that the back of my right knee aches. I've tried stretching it, bending it, massaging it, eating a banana, drinking soy milk for the protein, and drinking a bunch of water. I don't care what works as long as it feels better!
