I am going to have to pay more attention to why I am getting up a few hours before waking. I know I have to go to the bathroom, but I don't know if that is the only reason. I went to bed at 1:45 AM and woke up at 4:22AM. I went to the bathroom and then got a snack. It took a little while to fall back asleep. I didn't get really good sleep until around 6 or 7AM, which is typical. I think this is one reason I sleep in so late is b/c I don't get good sleep until 6 or 7AM.
