i dont know what to do now

So i officially got to go see a cardiologist today, and he told me that if he looked up benign palpitations in a book, he would see my face. once again they said it was in my head. I have had my license taken away from these "episodes" but yet it's in my head??? I have a stress echo next week maybe that will yeild some answers. oh and he told me to take magnesium.
