I'm mostly over being sick, just some congestion in my nasal area. I had a good cardio workout this morning, then weighed myself... little bit of an upswing, but no biggie. Had a tough workout tonight after going back to back with yesterday. I can already feel my elbow starting to get sore thanks to inclined dumbbell presses. I'll have to stick some ice on it. I'm going to drink another liter of water before going to bed, but I need to let dinner digest a little first so I don't over-dilute my stomach acid. I think I'm going to make tomorrow just about the cardio, and leave weights for the weekend. No sense in pressing myself to hard.
