Day 8 of the new year.  I hate new year resolutions.  I feel so much pressure to succeed at them and once accomplished it's like, ok done now on to something else.  This year I hope to not only succeed, but to make an everlasting change.  Goal #1 - no different than many others, lose weight.  The primary goal though is to embark on a healthier life style.  Goal #2 - take chances, I am the ultimate coward when it comes to putting myself out there.  Goal #3 - recapture my faith.

That's it, three goals, nothing earth shattering, but definitely life changing.
