Sometimes the work outs looked like a clown show, but I'm starting to get back into shape!
I've lost 8lbs in the last two weeks, which is really amazing to me. I've been limiting my calories to 1600 a day (~500 less then my daily requirement) and doing each of the exercises. I was figuring I would loose about a 1.5 to 2 lbs a week (if that), so I'm surprised about the extra weight. Most of the weight lost has been body fat down from 27.5% to 25.8%.
I still see this a long term goal and sticking with the program through two phases. I suspect the amount per week lost to taper off and not to get worked up about the numbers.
So, I need to stay focused and work just as hard in week 3 as in the last two weeks.
