Think I'll start an exercise tracker. I need to keep track of what I am doing and hope it will encourage me to go to yoga class. Also, want to work out at least 4 times a week. Have been slacking off lately. Winter is hell.
YEAHHH YOUUUU .. what a WONDERFUL thing to do!!! Yes, the exercise tracker will help and yoga is one of the best exercises you can do .. builds core muscles! Perhaps you can share your experiences with the community! YOU CAN DO IT!!! Spring is coming! :)
