I've been sick since Saturday, which has momentarily stopped me from working out. Luckily this has been a recovery week, so It's a little easier to shift days around. I did the stretch on Saturday instead of the Yoga and will do the Yoga later in the week. I'll also move the Cardio to the rest day, not ideal, but it's better then pushing myself while being sick.
I just have to remember that getting the weight off is a marathon, and crap is going to happen along the way. It's more of a change of lifestyle then a quick fix!
