Ah, rest day! 10 weeks into the program and heading into the home stretch feeling strong. My weight loss has slowed down to about 1.5 lbs a week and seems to plateau/stop every couple of weeks for a 3-4 days. This is OK with me, because it seems like the inches seem to come off when the weight loss slows.
I've felt like I've really changed the way I eat for the better and want to stay committed to eating like this for the long term.
