Setting realistic goals keeps you in the game - motivated and postitive.

No point in setting yourself up for failure.

Set yourself up to succeed.

So go and set that short realistic goal (eg. 1kg in 5 weeks or 15 workouts in 30 days)

...then F'ING SMASH IT!
