is it normal for vagina to spit up sperm? Will it effect me getting pregnant ?

Um well every time me and my hubby have sex and he ejaculates , no matter if I keep my legs up or position myself so it won't come out it always does spit it out . I even tried squeezing my muscles so it won't come out. We want to have a baby ,can this effect the process?
