Rescinding the doughnut rule

Mar 16, 2009 - 2 comments

As of today, Swampy is rescinding the doughnut rule. Formerly, Swampy could have one doughnut for breakfast if he walked to the ferry landing. However, this is too many extra calories and the reward of a sweet for breakfast isn't required. So until the SoE is over, no doughnuts.

when my father in law had his quadruple bypass the first food they mentioned to avoid was donuts....Im learning alot in psuchology for escmple if you do something for 30 days it will become a habit..so why not replace your donut with something else healthy I know your a veggie ..so how about a really good smoothy..or something else even a piece of angelfood cake with fres berries and low fat cool whip would be a good choice...thats my veggie fav dessert low in sugar....tastses good I dont add sugar to my fruit and the cool whip is 20 calories per serving...My pshych teacher says you need to replace a bad habit with a good one in order to break it....thats why the suggestions for healthy yet yummy treats...
