Hey guys. Before i start this is not STD or anything because i am young (i wont tell you how old though!)

I have scratched my penis about 3 months ago and now there is a red mark on it, it has constantly been itching and there is now lots of little dots on the back (where it is scratched) and on the sides and some on the front and it is spreading! if anyone knows any treatment please let me know
