Really a stretch mark that hurts??!!!! Damn Dr's office!!

Yesterday I was rubbing lotion on my belly and noticed a tender spot on my belly (almost 20 weeks). Around 5 inches above my belly button to the right. Today it feels bigger, still no bruise, but that is exactly what it feels like. I get concerned because obviously it grew. I know I have a cyst above my uterus, so wondering if that is what I am feeling. I call my Dr's office and the Dr is out and they put me on with the nurse practitioner, you want to guess what she tells me it is????!!!! My skin stretching "you know a stretch mark" is what she tells me. I tell her um yeah I have 2 kids I know what a stretch mark is, this is not a stretch mark. Well put some cocoa butter on it, um yeah that is what I was doing when I felt it. I ask can it be my cyst? Oh you have a cyst?! I tell her didn't you read my chart before you got on, why don't you read it and then get back to me! She put me on hold, and says the most stupid thing ever "You are pregnant?". At this point I just hang up! If it gets worse I will go to the ER, I have never dealt with her, and will refuse to see her if they ever try to make me!!!!
