When I read the title of this journal.....my "antique brain" thought of the song that came out WAYYYY back in the late 60's called "Feelin Alright"......originally done by Traffic, then Joe Cocker, Grand Funk Railroad, Three Dog Night and many others. I know you are WAY younger than me.....but maybe you'll relate somehow, huh? hahaha!

Hi and Welcome..I just read your Post..I know you are busy, but this Journey was not meant to be walked alone..2-3 meetings week in person is a real good start..Support is the Key! I have to laugh at my Bud up above because I was singing that song too when I seen it! I also have some of those old albums Clean had mentioned..Ha!! You will find we all get a little Goofy on here..So hang around and Laugh with us..
