Jun 06, 2013 - 2 comments

Hi, everyone!! I finally had some time to write and tell you about my exciting vacation experience. So, I took a vacation to Vagas this year. I have lost a total of 44lbs.( I have not weighed myself this week). OMG!! I can not even begin to tell you the difference between this Vacation and last years Vacation!!! It started with my clothes, they were comfy and breathable, much smaller and super cute!! Then on the Plane, I had to take in the BELT! Last year I could hardly get it to close and it felt like I being cut in two! I even had room between my legs and the sides of the seat! I was even able to bend over and get my own Bag!! It felt AWSOME!!!! I was able to buy a dress off the rack and have it look good! It wasn't a 3x or a 2x like before! But, a Large! It feels SOOOOO GOOOOD!! I HAD SO MUCH FUN! :) I have more to lose more and I will. Am done playing with my weight, its gotta ta go! When I get to where I feel I need to be, am going Back to California and have the Vacation I should've had the first time! :)

Just watching what I eat. Cut out bad carbs (any products made from white flour) soda and sweets. Eat lots of veggies, fruits chicken, turkey and fish. I eat red meat maybe 2x a week. Drink water. I do eat every 2hrs. My 3 main meals and 2 snacks. It keeps my cravings away. If I crave something sweet, I look for low-calorie alternatives. If I crave chocolate, I'll eat a skinny cow snack bar or slim fast bar. I read lables. I watch for carbs and sugars and I stay away way from anything that is 50 percent or more calories from fat. It will say that on the package lable, usually next to total calories. Also watch package servings, those can be deceiving. Make sure you look and see if it is for 1 serving or the whole package. As far as exercising. I like to walk. I try to walk for 1-2 hrs a night. I have a job where am on my feet every night walking and moving my arms. So that helps a lot. Sorry for the long answer. :)
