Focused again...finally

I hit a plateau with both my training and therefore weight loss over the last 3 weeks.
Just didn't feel like I was going anywhere.  A bit of boredom and no motivation to change things up, make it tough to push yourself. So, I've been plodding along.

Today A was talking about seeing a hypnotist show and how some techniques they used were similar in ways to a yoga class. We had a chat about mindfulness and relaxation and went on with the day.  I came home and saw that my program reading for today was all about mindfulness.


So here's how I'm going to mix it up a little. This week's task is to...

Fixate on the task at hand.
Practice mindful training.
Be Determined.
Be Deliberate.
Be Unyielding.
