So as some of you know, my wonderful hubby bought me a new Ipod on Monday. I used to have one but it was stolen about a year ago.
So I downloaded 3 albums: Twilight, Carrie Underwood's Carnival Ride, and Wicked (original cast).
I already knew that I loved Carnival Ride and Wicked.
But Twilight is fastly becoming one of my faves. I love Claire De Lune by Debussy (duh), and Carter Burwell's Bella's Lullaby.
I have now discovered a new song!
Flightless Bird, American Mouth by Iron & Wine.
It's AWESOME!!! I can picture this song during Edward and Bella's time in the meadow. When they are just laying there. I feel that it's Edward's perspective. I see him looking at her and those feelings of love, requieted and eternal, washing over him. Listen the song, and really think about the love Edward feels. REALLY think about it. Close your eyes. Picture it. It's fantastic. It has this great mix of joy, love, and passion without being melodramatic.
Just wanted to write out my feelings as I listen to this song here at work.
