3 Triggers = Migraine

When all 3 triggers are in place a migraine has a higher chance of occurring.  With all night severe thunderstorms, stress and lack of sleep .. an early morning migraine usually leads to an all day event.

Am grateful this doesn't happen too often, but it did mean I had to cancel plans to have dinner and help a friend with a resume.
