  Here, canis latrans, of the family Canidae, is pretending to be an English pointer, in hopes of fooling the hunter.

He could probably fool a hunter in Colorado where I live.  I remember when hunting season opened up awhile ago, farmers and ranchers were painting "cow" and "horse" on their livestock because the idiot hunters were firing at anything!  HAPPY NEW YEAR.
