Thanks. Yes that was a turning point in my life when I joined the disability rights movement and an important decision that determined the rights of people with disabilities to live in the community.

Yes I think that was a turning point for many folks to be able to live a normal life , its great you wre there .

Thanks. That decision has been markedly helpful for people with disabilities I have worked with to help (as a peer counselor) as well as myself (now that I have acquired a severe physical disability) to be able to retain the right to live independently in the community.
