I bet it makes it easy for the lifeguard to keep an eye on you too!!  
(Don't want to accuse falsely, but it's possible ODOT has painted a bunch of their road barrels a rip-off version of your color.)

LOL.  It's my girls nail polish. They love it when I put the neon on. Guess it makes them feel they have a with it mom or something. Usually get comments from other moms as well, like "Where did you get that polish?".  It makes summer fun.
